Hang Tai Industrial (Hong Kong) Limited was established in the summer of 1989 , specializing in the manufacturing of different kinds of sticky-tape and rubber die-casting products. Its was first located in Chaiwan, Hong Kong, with a mere size of 300 square meters and 16 employees. In 1993 Hang Tai moved its manufacturing base into Dongguan Shipai in the PRC. Since then Hang Tai has developed rapidly into a full-scale enterprise. Today Hang Tai comprises a factory complex of over 30,000 square meters, completed with operations ranging from procurement to die-setting and tooling, quality controlled production lines and delivery haulage.
Hang Tai received its ISO 9002 certification from the renowned DNV in 1999 ,then again the ISO 9001: 2000 soon afterwards.In 2004 , Hang Tai was inaugurated as Green Partner, being recognized not only for its manifested mission in continual pursuit in quality excellence but also for its whole-hearted commi tm ent and success in environmental protection.
The main categories of Hang Tai products are: double-sided tape, EVA, sponge,plastic sheets, fiber and insulated materials, screen sheets ( such as aluminum foil,copper foil and other polyester screens ), Himelon felt, synthetic wool, and etc.Rubber die-casting compounds include natural rubber, oil resistant rubber, EPDM,chloroprene rubber, silicon rubber and so on.Hang Tai is equipped with every kind of punching and die-casting machines including the latest Japanese fully automatic and semi-automatic supper-cutters and punching production line, as well as a 600 square meter clean room to cater for very high-end products. |

years past till this very day, the Management of the Company has been embodying with the idea that employees should be gloomed with the quality of " self-esteem, respect and willingness to shoulder the burden ". As the size and scope of its operation greatly expanded and extended over the years, the Management reckoned that placing its focus on product development and marketing alone would no longer be adequate in meeting its development needs in general. Hence in May 1999 the Company decided to commit itself to ISO9000 quality standard, and successfully passed the certification process in December of that very same year,alongside with hundreds of companies that committed to top standards in quality assurance. The Company then further revamped its quality commitment to the ISO9001:2000 standard and was granted certification in December 2002 ; and in 2004, Hang Tai was inaugurated as Green Partner (GP) .
Every year the Company sets new quality improvement targets, objectives and commitment in accordance with business and operational actuality and requirements. These goals and objectives are communicated to every level of the Company by means of training, meetings, notice boards and so on, to ensure complete understanding throughout the organization. Continuous improvement and deployment of refined ways of working are the main vehicles ushering to the realization of the set targets as well as our commitment to customers.
